What are we looking for?

We’re currently seeking potential development sites, with or without planning consent, across the UK.

  • Types Of Care Home

    Typically, we construct 30 or 40 bedroom care homes (GIFAs 2200m2 to 3000m2).

  • Size Of the Area

    Sites can range from 0.9 to 2 acres in size.


  • Best Location

    Located in urban areas and close to transport links.


  • Employment

    Our homes are a good employment generator – we’ll employ over 100 people which is a key planning benefit.


  • Funding

    We have secured funding in place so we have the ability to act quickly and meet tight timeframes and deadlines.


  • Planning

    Most acquisitions will be on a subject to planning basis. However, we’ll consider unconditional offers where there is low planning risk.


  • Joint Ventures

    We have a flexible approach to land acquisition including the ability to enter into joint ventures with land owners via hybrid planning applications.
